We’re just 60 days from what will be Milwaukee's most comprehensive health and wellness summit ever. Brain Brawn & Body will host the Brain Brawn & Body Health and Wellness Summit, Saturday, June 20, 2015, and this is your invitation!

The main event will be held at Journey House, located at 2110 W. Scott Street in the city’s Clarke Square neighborhood.

We are proud to once again join hands with our wonderful partner, Wheaton Franciscan Health Care, to present this full day of health and wellness workshops, screenings, expert panels and healthy cooking demonstrations. Our feature event, the always popular and important Brother to Brother session will take place around midday.

The Brain Brawn & Body Health & Wellness Summit For Men and the People Who Love Them is free. In addition to the workshops and screenings for men, there will be seminars and activities for women and children. A Get Active - Get Moving warm up session led by professional trainers will kick off the day. Youth activities will take place on Journey House football field just 2 blocks from the main site. There, former Green Bay Packer Gilbert Brown will conduct a football clinic and there will be other exciting activities for young people to participate in throughout the day.

We’re even serving an “Urban on the Go Breakfast” and a health-conscious lunch.

There will be a separate registration for youth to participate in the Gilbert Brown Football Clinic and registration will be limited to the first 50 children who sign up.
